I have put in my user id and password and it is coming up as “invalid user” what should I do?
When I try to log in, it just loads and loads and loads and nothing happens
I don’t have a Visa or Mastercard and still wish to purchase the quizzes.
If I wish to transfer you the money via email money transfer can I do so?

Remember the user id’s are case sensitive. Sometimes the o’s and 0’s can look very similar. If you are having any problems logging in, please email us right away and we can help you out!
**Also remember to enter in the password you changed to when you activated your account**
When I try to log in, it just loads and loads and loads and nothing happens!
Usually this is caused by your computers virus scanning program. Make sure that you do not have any 'popups' or 'ad blocking' settings activated. Turn them off prior to logging in and during your session, and then reactivate them after logging out.
Failure to initialize can also be caused by a connectivity issue. If you are on a dial-up network, it may take a bit longer to load the quizzes. It should not take longer than a couple of minutes though. Make sure you are connected to the internet and try again.
You must also ensure your system meets our system requirements. If you are still unable to access the quizzes, email us right away!

This is a brand new system that many banks are now offering. We would gladly accept an email money transfer. Please send payments to info@learnersprep.com. The security question you will be asked is “what color is the sky?” and the answer is “blue”. If you have any questions about this service, please let us know or contact your bank.
